This project encompassed a variety of environmental design issues: site improvements (such as new tenant mailboxes and garden benches), exterior lighting, architectural signage, renovations to public restrooms and landscape improvements.

I created a comprehensive Master Planning document with working drawings (including interior design specifications) for the restrooms, specifications for new exterior lighting and schematic designs for new entry "gates" at each of the pedestrian entrances to the complex.
