Fannie Mae was my first client when I started work as a commercial Space Planner and Interior Designer in 1982. I have continued doing work for their Western Regional Office from time to time in the intervening years.

In 2000 I was asked to prepare drawings for a reorganization of their current offices in Pasadena, California. The project involved returning a significant portion of their leasehold to the landlord, then creating new offices, a new private executive restroom, new conference rooms, millwork design.
